I can't get past the 'Surface' Logo when I boot my Surface Pro. And was able to get into safe mode and view Windows again, but still trying to. I rebooted my SP3 then it was stuck at the SURFACE logo. No racetrack dots, nothing. I could button combo press to get into the firmware (wow, never been in it before and it really has limited options compared to other computers I've worked on in the past), but just couldn't get it to boot up.
